Elections Act restores the franchise to millions of Britons living abroad

Millions of British citizens living abroad will today regain the right to vote in national elections as part of the Elections Act, which received Royal Assent today.

Fans will be at the centre of decision-making about their club in a major shakeup of football which will see the creation of a new regulator to ensure good governance in English football.
