British Conservatives in Paris were honoured to host a dinner for John Howell OBE FSA FRGS MP. John is the MP for Henley and was appointed last year as leader of the UK delegation to the Council of Europe which meets regularly in Strasbourg. The audience were highly entertained with stories of his experiences.
