Conservatives Abroad is saddened to hear of the early death of Paul Barnes.
Chairman of Conservatives Abroad Heather Harper MBE said “ it is with great sadness to learn that our colleague and friend Paul Barnes has passed away in France. Paul was a trusted adviser in many of Conservatives Abroad’s initiatives and a major asset behind the ‘Votes for Life’ campaign. He will be a great loss to our Team.”
Paul was one of life’s great communicators and campaigners, playing an invaluable role helping Conservatives Abroad eventually succeed with its campaign to give every Briton abroad the right to vote in General Elections, specifically helping to win over to the argument legislators and ministers.
Paul continued to advise the Conservatives Abroad Home Team and served as our Representative in South West France.
