As an Iranian exile in Spain, Dr. Tavakkoli shared her harrowing story of persecution by the regime and the IRGC, the threats she and her family continue to face, and her tireless activism for freedom and human rights. Her bravery and resilience are truly inspiring. A powerful evening of great food and even greater conversation.
