99 Red Balloons on WebCameron

Conservatives were out in force this morning to mark the 99 tax rises by Gordon Brown in the last 10 years. Mark Francois, Shadow Paymaster General, spoke to Webcameron about these taxes on hard working families, before the (biodegradable) balloons were launched outside Parliament.
